• Content Creation Mastery : Craft visually stunning, relatable content aligned with Christell’s luxury and wellness ethos.
• Omni channel Campaign Management : Launch impactful paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
• E-Commerce Integration : Seamlessly connect social media with e-commerce platforms to boost product sales.
• Analytics-Driven Growth : Leverage analytics tools to optimize campaigns for engagement, ROI, and lead conversions.
• Community Leadership : Build and manage a loyal online wellness community.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
• Professional Experience :
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years in social media marketing for luxury wellness, skincare, or beauty brands or hospitality industry.
  • Performance-Driven: Proven success in campaigns delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Platform Mastery: Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms like Threads and Pinterest.
• Technical Skills :
  • Design Software: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and Buffer.
  • E-Commerce Integration: Familiarity with Instagram Shops, Facebook Shops, and Shopify.
  • Video Editing Tools: Advanced skills in creating high-quality videos, reels, and tutorials using CapCut, or any video editing tools.
• Certifications : Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or other advanced social media marketing and analytics courses.
